Looking over the docs, there are APIs for script access to factions, but they're locked behind a later prestige tier (beyond "Install Augmentations").. But it is frustrating the amount of manual clicking around required... even grouping the buttons in the faction details screen together in a predictable location would be nice. Or adding "buy augments" to the side of each name in the list...
